TRANSLATION, LOCALIZATION AND TESTING
LexiaPark’s specialist team has spent years working with numerous institutions, universities, publishers and e-learning companies on projects related to training.
Personalized expert management together with the involvement of localization specialists from the start of the project allows us to reduce costs and tighten delivery deadlines, thus adapting to the requirements of any project.
We manage the whole project in close collaboration with the client, including:
JOSÉ CAZORLA | Group Eina Digital
Nexe – Used car sales training course
Translation of a training course for sales staff and managers (350,000 words) in several stages and with tight deadlines, matching the client’s language at all times, without blowing the budget. Our client needed someone who understood the situation and was able to meet all their requirements. Glossaries were created by us and approved by the client before work began. The same team of translators and proofreaders was used over the 5-month period, observing production cycles and waiting time. The price per word decrease as the volume increased was a key factor in this project. We like to contribute to our clients’ success.
PROFESSIONAL AND CONFIDENTIAL LINGUISTIC SERVICES
LexiaPark offers linguistic solutions in all languages for governmental bodies, local public services and institutions, thanks to extensive experience in the public sector.
Translators and interpreters are carefully selected and specialize in the most relevant fields, such as law, politics, economics and education.
An excellent quality-price ratio and capacity to handle large-scale projects with tight deadlines. We fully manage the service so that government bodies and institutions need dedicate only minimal internal resources to coordinating large projects.
Information is processed with total confidentiality, file transfer and storage is secure, and we ensure compliance with current regulations and style guides.
AZUCENA CORREDERA | Ministry of Education
Each quarter, local authority organization Barcelona Activa publishes a resource guide for job seekers and professional development in Barcelona. This publication is called the Training and Activities Programme and is usually 40-50 pages long, equating to around 18,000 – 22,000 words. This is certainly a challenge, considering that the client needs to have the guide translated and formatted in InDesign in a period of 48 hours!
Such a quick turnaround can only be achieved with several ingredients: a client who informs us with enough notice to have everything in place for when the definitive document arrives; intensive use of translation memory technology, postediting and semi-automatic layout formatting; a team well-versed in swift turnarounds; and LexiaPark’s determination to offer responsive solutions to clients, however challenging they may be.
PRECISION IN TERMINOLOGY AND HIGH SPECIALIZATION
One of our primary goals has always been to offer a quality service to the industrial sector, which has often been dissatisfied with translation agencies who do not have the professionals needed to undertake highly specialized translations.
The ideal professionals for each project are selected from our team of expert translators and engineers, who are always native in the target language and have experience in the discipline required: construction, automotive, electronics, mechanical engineering, chemistry, transportation, telecommunications, energy and environment, and so on.
We translate technical specifications; instruction, maintenance and user manuals; operating guides; patents; quality standards; process descriptions; technical drawings; CAD plans; leaflets and corporate documentation.
We offer flexible solutions to fit our clients’ budgets and deadlines.
PERE CASAS | Roberlo
Tremco Illbruck – Product information sheets for sealing and bonding materials.
Our client had to regularly translate and format the layout of product information sheets and needed a fixed price per unit in order to simplify their cost management. The data sheets contained very specific technical information using chemical and construction terminology and the content and formatting challenges both varied across sheets. We looked for ways to classify the documents and were able to offer three prices per standard data sheet unit. In short, we took on board the client’s main concern and adapted to it, absorbing any variation between data sheets internally. When it comes to technical translation, our combined translation and layout service offers the client the finished project at a cost-effective price.
CONSULTANCY, LOCALIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT
Comprehensive localization services in all the most common programming and spoken languages.
We work closely with companies in the technology and software sector and we understand the need to reduce as much as possible the costs and the time it takes to market a new product.
We therefore have a highly qualified professional team working with the most innovative technological tools to adapt to client budgets and deadlines, whilst providing the highest quality at all times.
GEMMA BAS | Onplus
Orbitvu, a company specializing in automated product photography entrusted us with the translation of the manual and software for one of its compact photographic studios: Alphashot. Our approach was to first translate the manual and undertake an exhaustive review of the terminology. Once the terminology and commands had been standardized, we then localized the software and adjusted both elements where necessary. This allowed us to achieve coherence across the products and provide a complete solution to the client’s needs. Thanks to this work, we have become a strategic ally of this client, who we now collaborate with on many other projects.
PRECISION IN TERMINOLOGY AND AN INVITING MESSAGE
Translating documents in the medical and pharmaceutical sector requires highly qualified specialists with solid knowledge in each discipline.
Our teams combine specialized translators with experts in each area, such as doctors, biologists, pharmacists, chemists and veterinary surgeons, allowing us to guarantee terminological consistency and the highest quality service.
We create a workflow to meet the client’s needs, significantly reducing costs and turnaround time for the most ambitious and complex projects.
Areas of specialization:
Our translations adhere to current standards and undergo thorough quality control processes with the aim of delivering texts ready for publication. We always guarantee the highest degree of confidentiality.
MÒNICA COMELLAS | KARTSANA

Traducir, revisar y maquetar 47 435 palabras del español al francés y alemán del manual, las fichas técnicas y la guía rápida de maquinaria de esterilización para los sectores de salud y hostelería supuso un esfuerzo de precisión en la terminología. También nos adaptamos al formato requerido por nuestro cliente. ANA LÁZARO | Baker & McKenzie
Línea Directa – Insurance contract documents
Translation of contractual clauses must be precise, true to the original and exact. In the case of an insurance policy, these demands increase due to the possible economic consequences that may arise from any misinterpretation of the text. Add to this confidentiality, which is non-negotiable. The client was seeking a reliable provider for a long-term collaboration and we felt entirely at home with this type of agreement. In addition, we use technology to increase efficiency and reduce costs. If previously translated clauses appear in a new contract document, our system detects them and we automatically convert them into a discount. LexiaPark keeps and maintains databases that allow us to cut costs for new versions. The guarantee of a reliable provider that grows with time.
THE KEY IS IN CREATIVITY AND STYLE
Texts should do more than inform; they should also suggest, attract, inspire, excite; they should invite play, reflection and drive; as well as inciting laughter, tears, fear and dreams.
At LexiaPark we are masters of language and play with words to give them the shape and content required to carry each message.
Our team works closely with advertising and marketing agencies, publishers, the media, as well as website designers and audiovisual companies.
We fully manage all project tasks including writing, proofreading, translation, design, editing, localization, audio and video. We guarantee excellent results under very tight deadlines, because we know that in communications immediacy is almost as important as quality.
GERMÁN MUÑOZ | mediclinics
We adapt to our clients’ needs at any given moment, and even more when working with clients from the media. Translating reports, the minutes of meetings and other documents for worldwide publication from English to Spanish (and vice versa), and from English to French, really motivates us. The demands of newspaper publications involve very short turnaround times. This means working closely with the client so the final result is as good as possible.
TRAVELLING WITH WORDS
LexiaPark’s specialization in the tourism sector goes much further than just good translations. We know the sector well; the need to seduce as well as inform, as well as the need to pay attention to cultural and political nuances.
EMILI MATÓ | Pirinexus
Peru’s Exports and Tourism Promotion Board (Promperú) creates promotional tourism and marketing material at the highest institutional level produced in the country: communication campaigns for events, tourist routes and places of interest, informative documents and guides on its important cultural, artistic and natural heritage, food guides, press releases and news bulletins. Peru has opened itself up as one of the new and booming worldwide destinations for business tourism and food tourism, for obvious reasons, and Promperú needed a provider who could respond quickly and with a quality product to meet the growing demand for documents in eight languages at the same time (English – UK and USA -, French, Italian, Portuguese – European and Brazilian -, German, Chinese, Japanese and Korean). Here at LexiaPark, we are proud to have done our bit to aid the external promotion of this wonderful country.
Our experience in translation, years in the industry, and the number of projects carried out for clients from every sector, would not fit on this page. So don’t worry if your company’s sector is not listed above, contact us anyway.
